Mark is a fourth generation builder and master carpenter who has been offering quality construction services in the Los Angeles area for more than thirty-five years.
In 1977, Mark and his father, Sam, started a remodeling company named Samson Company. Over the years, the business evolved into a premier remodeling company. Following Sam's passing in 1988, Mark continued the Samson tradition of fine homebuilding and remodeling. Eventually, he founded a development company and has completed multiple successful development projects on the Westside of Los Angeles.
In addition to the construction company, Samson Construction & Development has a demolition / grading / excavation division.
Mark's specialties include fine finish carpentry, with an emphasis on door and window installations.
Over the past three decades, Mark has completed dozens of custom homes, as well as thousands of door, window and remodeling projects. Several of the custom architectural homes that Mark has built are located in the Venice Beach area.
Mark was born and raised in the Westside area of Los Angeles where he currently resides with his wife and ten-year-old son, who may perhaps become the fifth generation builder some day.
In his free time, Mark volunteers with the National Ski Patrol in the Los Padres Forest. Within the Ski Patrol, he is a certified CPR instructor and has been teaching outdoor emergency medical care for the last 14 years. Other hobbies include coaching soccer and little league baseball, martial arts, scuba diving, skiing, hiking, softball, and lots of family time.
Mark also holds a degree in computer science.
